  I liked that the rooms were spacious and more like a small apartment. I liked the made to order omelets and breakfast buffet and the early evening drinks. Hurricanes are now a favorite. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you do not want to go looking for a restaurant, then there is one in the hotel.   Nice clean hotel within walking distance to convention center, wwii Museum, buses, streetcar stations. We walked to French Quarter and it was a nice 10 ~ 15 min walk. Our room had a king bed, sofa and desk area, kitchen area w/small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sink. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. If you was in bed you can turn the tv towards the bed, if you was on the couch you can turn the tv towards the couch. I love It!!

  the rooms were great, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals. The location was great also, within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to - My overall stay was awesome!!!! The staff members overall service was superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the moment we checked out. This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I have stayed at many hotels. Management did an awesome job in choosing these employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.   Thw location is perfect. We walked uptown, downtown, to the arena for a eric clapton concert. We parked the car and never had to use it. We walked back from Boubon st at 1:30 in the morning it was safe and an easy walk. The hotel was very quiet, and the bed was the most comfortable we had on our ten day trip staying at high end hotels. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job the room sme - What made this place stand out from the other hotels was the staff. They are very friendly and comply to every request of the guest. I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel by far has the best front desk service. I also like all the amenities that are located in the room which include a refrigerator and a microwave. In my opinion those are essential needs of a traveler.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak. Never had an issue waiting on our car or dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in. Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.
