  As soon as we settled in our room we received a call to see if we needed anything. People gave service a 6 out of 10 which is rediculous. 10/10 for sure. The best hotel in chicago. - Did not get to spend much time in the hotel, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very lovely, although the lighting could have been brighter.

  Our stay at The Drake was wonderful! We booked a deluxe room with a view and were able to check in early. Our room was very spacious with 2 huge windows looking onto the lake and Oak Street Beach.   Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake on the 26th floor. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.

  This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The building itself is really impressive, the room (as well as the bathroom!) was spacious with pleasant furnishing, the staff was really friendly and helpful.   The hotel is in a good location, a couple of blocks from the Hancock Center, Oak Street Beach, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. We rented a 2-bedroom suite - the kitchen and family room were very comfortable and nicely appointed. Daily complementary hot breakfast was always very good.   This was the very first place I've ever booked and I was a little unsure because it was more an apartment than a hotel. I wasn't sure what floor I was going to be on or what the exact room was going to be like. Fortunately, upon arrival the room was on the 8th floor.
