  I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Good bathroom with daily replenished products . Iron & ironing board in room already . Ice machine a short walk away on same floor. Huge Lobby where the free wifi was available . Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

The service was excellent, far better than many more expensive hotels, nothing was too much effort for the staff who were always bright and friendly and came up with quick and more than satisfactory solutions to anything they were asked. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating. Never saw room service at a hotel work so fast to get dinner up for the kids and the food tasted great too.
