  Location was perfect, just beside a subway station and within walking distance of Times Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast and it was a nice surprice to learn at check in that it was included, very basic but good to have a quick bite and coffee before hitting the sights and shops! Would recommend this hotel for anyone who - It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

  The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. The room had a small fridge which was great, and the hotel offers luggage storage. The subway is on the same block and 3 blocks to the heart of Time Square. Very quite for such a central location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Coffee and cakes available throughout the day and evening. - Loved our short stay here. Great location and charming inn - more like staying in a home than a hotel, which is especially hard to come by in New York. We had large, comfortable room on the main floor. Friendly staff (and friendly cat!), cozy breakfast room. We liked the bar downstairs as well. We will definitely come back here another time.
