Nice cornerroom(no#1212) with a great view. 6th Ave in one direction with Central Park at the end, and looking down on Herald Square and Macys in the other direction.   I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

  Location was perfect, just beside a subway station and within walking distance of Times Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast and it was a nice surprice to learn at check in that it was included, very basic but good to have a quick bite and coffee before hitting the sights and shops! Would recommend this hotel for anyone who - It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

  I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. Mr Matthew at the reception took initiative to fix a ready room and before 9am we were able to enjoy our room! The common areas and rooms are perfectly clean and very well maintained. Very pleasant body care products a - Professional, friendly and helpful staff - greeted us with a smile and a welcome every time we passed through the lobby. Even the housekeeping staff and others were exceptionally friendly - they demonstrated that they liked their jobs and where they worked.Location was great, easy walking distance to all midtown/times square/theater district venues. Room was nice, clean, big enough for comfort and nicely decorated. Bed very comfortable.

  The hotel was very cool and trendy, exactly what we were looking for in a boutique experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The lobby bar at night was definitely the place to be, lots of young people and great music, the bartenders were fun and not overwhelmed at all by the amount of people there. The hotel location was excellent, not far from Time Square, Penn Station round the corner from the Empire State Building and only a couple of blocks from the subway to get to the rest of New York.
