We have stayed many times before and the staff is normally so nice and helpful but this trip the girl behind the counter was rude and plain out in willing to accommodate us and we felt as we had interrupted her time and was unwelcome so we choose to find lodging elsewhere we hope the young lady has a better customer appreciation before working a

I travelled with my daughter and family and spent 5 nights here. The staff were excellent and even though we slept thru breakfast the first morning it was no trouble to bring some food out for us. The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds very comfortable and the pool was great. Location was superb with everything we wanted within walking distance - lots of restaurants, fast food and of course Disneyland. We would definitely stay there again.

Great price, especially when California Hotel tax is eighteen percent.
Owners are sweet. The room had a large flat screen tv, clean sheets and
towels, and although the room was well worn, I felt it was clean and
safe. Walkable to Disneyland and Anaheim convention center. Great for
someone on a tight budget who doesn't care about frills. We thought
we booked six nights and had only booked five. The owners were really

All the staff was always friendly and helpful. The price for our rooms
was great. The location was also great - next to Disneyland and other
places to visit. The kids loved the swimming pool and had so much fun
there. We liked the fact that there was a security guard always walking
around at night. Made you feel safe. We will definitely use this place
