The staff were excellent: friendly and helpful and were able to give us great tips. The cookies were a huge hit with the children and the access to hot tea ( something not so common in USA) was wonderful! The hotel was quiet and although the eating area for breakfast is small, there was never a problem finding somewhere to sit and eat. Having parking was also excellent.

My mom and I went to San Fransisco for just one night. When we started

Parking facility was excellent and secure. - The room was super clean, oversized and the tub drained!! :) Parking was limited but free! The free coffee was better than Starbucks! The staff was wonderful. The parking was ok. tight spaces. Our car got a good size scratch from the car that parked next to us. Since is it on Lombard street we were happy that they had onsite parking, instead of having to park on the busy street. Continental breakfast was ok. -

The staff was very good, the location was great, the room was very basic
but clean. This is a funky old art deco style motor hotel that is
maintained to accommodate budget travelers-don't expect valet
parking, or luxury amenities, but do enjoy the no frills quick check in,
working ice/pop machines, in room coffee, and cable tv. And they
have smoking rooms if you are so inclined.
