Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection.

Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. I've already recommended it to friends, who have subsequently recommended it to their friends. Nuff said! -

Went down the next moring expressed in a polite way my concerns and Jordan jumped into action and without questions he moved us to the front of the building up to 40. The mattress was significantly better and the view was great. Thank you Jordan! -

Location was fabulous, Jewel grocery was just two blocks away, Magnificent Mile one block away, bus stop for all museums two blocks away, Hard Rock four blocks away... just great. We originally only had this hotel booked for 1 night and then would move to another Hilton. We were able to our same room for the additional nights. The room was clean and comfortable and we had an awesome view. Noah one of the doormen was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals. All of the staff that I came across were polite and efficient.

Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.

We are a Family Of 4 and enjoyed the city location. We live in
Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel
frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a
vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the
Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd
Aquarium. But to the Science Museum we (adults) felt the kids-pressure
and took a taxi. A 15 min drive. Don't miss a Segway tour (13 and
above) and the Sky-walk-glas-

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a
$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had
amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in.

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.

The hotel was located at 'the loop', where everything happend in Chicago.
It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful.
