The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, though the breakfast area was not very big. - Location was good - about 3 blocks from a major subway stop and with quick access to the Brooklyn Bridge so it was easy to get in and out of the city with our rental car. It was very safe and clean and parking was readily available - a HUGE plus in Manhattan!

The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and
understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited
on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot
and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja mukava ja hotelli rauhallinen. Huone oli siisti ja mukava (Regency 2xdbl). Hyvät kulkuyhteydet ja sijainti Little Italyn, China Townin ja SOHO:n tuntumassa. Hotelliin oli helppo tulla JFK lentokentältä air trainilla ja metrolla. Paljon hyviä ravintoloita lähellä. - Sijainti oli ok sekä huoneen siisteys sekä mahdollisuus sekä ilmastointiin että kattotuulettimeen olivat hyvät.

The room was small but very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom had extra towels which was quite nice.
The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Subways are around the corner.
The staff is very polite and lets you know to call them if you need anything. -

Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent
visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an
excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great.

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

We've stayed in several hotels in the area-the breakfast, availability of a gym & office space in the basement were unusual for a Brooklyn location and very nice to have. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the lobby was not cramped and there was lots of parking-all pluses in Brooklyn! Overall, liked the hotel. -
