Suggestions of local places to eat was great and the refrigerator in the room was stocked with cold beverages. Location was great being walking distance to french quarter but still in part of town where one could escape the tourist traps.   It was realy nice to stay in Sweet Olive during our vacation. We (me and my girlfriend) were there for a weekend and we both enjoyed the stay. This place is in great location near to main atraction in New Orleans and it has incredible magical atmosphere. Our room was perfect clean and well kept. Nancy is a charming hostess and a great cook (her orange/cranberry bread is to die for). The breakfast is healthy and delicious, and there's plenty of time to enjoy it in this charming house. Lots of thoughtful little extras like the library, and beer/wine/soft drinks in the fridge. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Auld Sweet Olive.
