They were able to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak. Never had an issue waiting on our car or dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely convenient!   the rooms were great, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals. The location was great also, within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to - My overall stay was awesome!!!! The staff members overall service was superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the moment we checked out. This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I have stayed at many hotels. Management did an awesome job in choosing these employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.   I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! This place rocks!! The hotel has a general laid back feeling and Thomas at reception was a most helpful and genuine guy. A gold star for him! Can jump on any streetcar to take you around town; walking distance to French Quarter; Warehouse District and the Riverfront.
