I really appreciated the staff at Lido motel. They did everything for us
to make sure our trip was great! We got to Lido Motel 5 hours early and
they gave us 1 out of the 4 rooms we booked so that we can at least get
ready and put our stuff. We also checked out early, but wanted to stay
at Lake George for a few more hours and Lido Motel was kind enough to
let us leave the cars in their parking lot. Overall, Great staff, Great

The lido motel is cozy and its on a side street right off the main road with restaurants, stores,and all the action with in walking distance. Its and peaceful and isolated (my personal preference) This motel is very simple and budget friendly and you get free wifi.
This is a old building, so the walls, doors, ect do have some wear and tear on them and its not going to sparkle like the Holiday Inn, but its clean and a very comfortable stay.

comfortable bed. Able to use parking after check out to go to Jazz Festival. Will return in warmer weather to use the pool.

The staff was wonderful, very accomodating to request. Location was great, 1 block up from the village and away from all of the traffic.

We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. In spite of having a bath, there was only a shower available ... No plug !.
White drapes let in too much light for sleeping, not enough room to manuvere at the sink.
TV reception, and TV channel selection, which was outdated.
the smell in the room, however that could be explained by the fact we were the first customers of the season, they had only just reopened. The bed was not that comfortable, but it was OK.
There was a horrible smell in the room, bed was extremely uncomfortable, 3 poor quality pillows, 1 with no pillow case, shower would get ice cold then scolding hot, listed as free wi-fi but never given a password and no workers in office to speak to. No telephones in the room.
