I stayed at colors on white may 9th for 4 days. For the money it was a
great deal. I stayed in the blue room. I had a pool with patio area. Bbq
and hot tub available. My only issue is the thoroughness of the
cleaning. The bathroom vent in floor smells like piss and needs a good
bleach scrubbing and air it out. It's a little musty. Parking was
fine on the street. Kitchenette was cute. Furniture a little out dated
but moat of the day I was out anyway. I would stay again I would spray

Beachy décor, super clean, comfortable bed and pull-out couch. Full kitchen made it so easy to prepare breakfast and then head out for the day-we really enjoyed this place and will book again.
everything about this place was amazing,couldn't have asked for more. front desk attendant was super nice and friendly and helped with everything.
Liked the room and small pool. Private. Friendly helpful staff. Liked
the fact it wasn't too close to Duvall street. Great bed.
Clean and comfortable - a well presented, self-contained apartment. The
staff were very friendly and the location was great.

Studio was very good and clean. Hot and cool pool was great extra after long day (we drive over 370mil + walking 5mil arround KW).

Daily housekeeping wasn't done one day. Jets on tub didn't
work and frig didn't keep food and drinks cold. No ice available
on premises.
It was difficult to find the apartment when checking in late at night. A
map was including that made the location clear, but the lock and key was
tricky to turn so we weren't sure if we were trying to get in to the
correct apartment.
Hot water issues not enough for all the rooms...ran out frequently...hot
tub didnt work...and when called the main desk number they werent polite
and never returned my phone call...said they would have the res mgr
call..never happpened.
There was no internet connection and despite several request to fix this it was not repaired during my stay.

loft room - ceiling is very low not good for older kids - have to bend not to hit head.

I use cane and had to walk upstairs to get to and from room
room just needs a repaint and some minor fixes.
Wi-Fi didn't Work at all.
We were 2 adults and 2 children. No place to stay or move or to eat in
the room: we used external tables and we were lucky it was not raining
in the upper room the ceiling was so short that you couldn't stand
(ceiling high less than 1,50 meters). I really don't know how my
children could sleep there ... the oxigen was missing. The conditioner
didn't get there too: too hot. The room could be ok for 2 persons,
not for 4 (for the ceiling).
We arrived late at night, had to check in at a different location that
had no parking on the busy Duval street. The actual location was hard to
find. The hot tub was not functioning, the broken top was left off. The
railing to the upstairs loft was sticky and dirty. Waterfall was not
working. Parking could be difficult if arriving at a busy time.
Light bulbs were either out or missing. The coffee maker was missing. Two knives from the wooden storage block were missing.

staff not friendly,, no parking,,cleaning was bad find black hair in the bed and shower,,ac make alot noise,,the have only 1 key room for 3 people...
You have to check in at one side of town, and travel to the other to get to your room, same with checking out. Rooms very small, loft ceiling is right on the beds, tiny.. Pictures are very deceiving. Frige small and does not keep food or milk cold enough.
The hair in my bed, The stains on the sheets, to very thin walls...
the whole place was a dump nothing worked the spa didn't work the pool was dirty the bed sheets had blood on them.
Room was too small..too crowded..small tables under neath the stairs
going up no room to place them.. The room upstairs was perfect for
little kids no taller than 3 ft. You could not stand up at all without
bumping your head w/ceiling.. Problem w/ toilet..clogged up and
all junk was coming up to our toilet. I guess this must happen often
they had a plunger there...but they had to call a plumber. Linens
(looked very old and dingy..
