Hotel was clean .employees were super nice and helpful . The breakfast was good. Loved the in door pool and sauna. Love the fact that theyhad fresh fruit out for the i had a suit and loved the fact that it had two TVs and a pull out couch in addition too two queen beds.Loved it and my kids did to. We loved the location to Hershey Park and not spending as much as one of the Hershey Properties. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable (this was our second time staying in the past year). The breakfast was great and a nice bonus as it was included in the price.

She deserved an A++++++++. The hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, the staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The location was great. It was close to the highway, Hershey Park and other destinations. I liked that breakfast was included in the stay and not just a continental breakfast... Its a full breakfast. I liked that the room had a small fridge and microwave. Pool and workout facility was an added bonus. Close to attractions, very clean and comfortable and friendly. Great hot breakfast every morning provided with stay.Would recommend to all ages who travel to this area!. The staff was are kind and helpful. the suites are above average and clean. I especially liked the breakfast option since it was convenient for my three kids. Very clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was attentive and was constantly bringing more food out to accommodate the amount of people there. I was totally satisfied with our visit. All the staff were excellent. The facilities were great and the value was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and was only 2 miles from everything we wanted to do. It was also very quiet and a great value. The room was very clean. Bathrooms are out of a magazine. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff was excellent as well as attentive and helpful. Location was great. 5 mins from everywhere. Loved the king sized bed and the suite for extra family members. The pool had WAY too much chlorine in it. People of all ages were coughing and people's eyes were irritated. The staff was notified and guests were told to open the door to the outsides. Room was a bit small. The libby area could stand some renovating. The Decor was outdated and plain. Room was a little pricey but still a value compared to hershey hotel or lodge. When we arrived we discovered we could have bought discount tickets to hershey park, I wish this was offered as on option online during booking. The pool area needs a ventilation system. The chlorine fumes burned your eyes. Not sure if we were supposed to get a discount for being with Lacrosse but if we were we didn't get one. Couldn't manually control the room temp. Had to ask for a fan. shampoo bottles were hard to squeeze and our towels from above the toilet had fallen into the toilet when we arrived!. the breakfast has no cheese, and could be better. also a shutle bus for hershy park is very much advisable. -No room service -no clock -upon checkin wasnt asked for any type of id for security purposes. -The ac was right above the bed. Didnt like cold air blowing on top of my head. We could hear the people walking in room above us. There was half a toilet paper roll in bathroom when we got into the room and no extras. I wish there was a small safe in the room. It is aMUST for security. I hated the pillows, there was no support in them. Gym should be 24 hours. The pool was way over clorinated and no ventilation and the hot tub was way too hot and did not seem to be working well. nothing much for middle school students to do, but swim in and go to the excercise room. Not convenient. room could have been cleaner, pool was cold. not enough tables/ chairs for the breakfast crowd. People were pushing for tables. if you have full hotel you should have enough seating to accommodate them. price too high for pertson planning the event at Hershey should offer a discount.
