  Most of all we love this location. We prefer a very late season stay due to our love of peace and quiet. Roy's assures us of this. Our room has the most glorious of views and any traffic sounds are dulled by the sound of ocean waves. I LOVE this gem of a place and plan to return every year I am able. - Waking up to the absolutely beautiful sunrise. Listening to the crashing of the waves. It was peaceful relaxing. Located just a short distance from the Hampton Boardwalk. Nice to return to the quiet of the room after spending the day on the boardwalk.
