Featuring a 1950’s retro décor, the rooms at the Greenporter Hotel are stylish but also have modern amenities like a flat-screen cable TV and a refrigerator. Guests can enjoy dining breakfast, lunch and dinner at the on-site Cuvee Seafood and Grille. A continental breakfast with bagels, cereals and more is served each morning in the restaurant. There is also an on-site bar. Greenporter Hotel North Fork also offers guests swimming in the outdoor pool. A poolside hot tub is also available. The East End Seaport Museum and Marina Foundation is 2 minutes’ drive toward the Greenport Village Historic District. The Railroad Museum of Long Island is 5 minutes’ walk away.

The Greenporter is a retro styled hotel and works very well as exactly that. It doesn't pretend to be a luxury hotel and doesn't charge as one. We liked it a lot. It also has an extremely good chef, my wife rated one of the dishes she ate as the best she'd ever eaten, and she is not given to overstatement. It's very well situated to explore Greenport, beautiful Shelter Island, and the lovely North Fork. I would comfortably recommend it to anyone, but would also suggest they don't use Hoppy's Cl.
