  This hotel was wonderful!! We brought our girls in an overnight "American Girl" getaway. They have a package upgrade here that was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket, and letter for the doll! We then went shopping at ag. They brought the girls milk and cookies upon return and we were concierge level so we enjoyed t - The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

  The guest room was very business oriented. I was surprised with Duchamp spacious desk, full sized fridge, dishwasher and cooktop. I got the impression it was designed for a modern traveler staying several days on bsn. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet and the one staff person we had contact with was very courteous and friendly . The candlewood was only 15 minutes from the airport , which was good since few people from columbus know how to drive or show any courtesy .
