  Staff are excellent and very attentive to the small details. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast was good. Laundry facility was welcome and a good rate at $1.25 per wash. Take your own powder for the machine. walking distance to diners. Easy access to Key's and Everglades - Good location for visiting the Everglades or on your way to the Keys.   We stayed here twice. Once on the way down to Key West and on the way back to Miami. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The manager greeted all guests in the morning outside the breakfast area. The continental breakfast had many choices and there were several staff constantly refilling the food items. Not only was the Floridian Hotel budget friendly, but the rooms were very clean, the decor is fun and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The Manager, Michael, was also on site greeting clients. First rate experience! I would highly recommend the Floridian.
