The value for the money was outstanding. Other motels in the same price range in Flagstaff are dirty and gross. This motel was nice and clean. I also like the option of the rooms with bunk beds. This is the best motel I have ever seen in this price range. I also liked that the doors into the rooms are inside the hallways as opposed to being on the outside of the building. After reading very mixed reviews I was a bit dubious about this place but it is well worth a stay. The location is really good, close to Subway, Frys and the downtown area. The staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, a great choice, cereals, eggs, toast waffles and the added surprise of a social hour where eveyone staying got two free drinks and some snacks. The shower was great after a windy day in the Canyon for washing all the dust off. Highly recommended!

Clean, nice well-kept and fairly new. Staff was great; we missed breakfast by 1/2 an hour but the staff let us brown bag some breakfast to go. Right off of the major highway (I-40) so good location. -

stayed at much more expensive hotels and not been this pleased with what
was offered. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. In fact, we're still
