  The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room, quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to him!   It was a very nice place to stay. I loved the spacious common area and the computer technology and wifi. My husband liked the interior design of the rooms. - Nice rooms, comfortable beds, indoor swimming pool. Nice people. Wi-fi fast. I enjoyed courtyard fireplace / fire on the snow.
