Our room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. The continental breakfast had make-your-own waffles, and the front desk person from checking in the night before was leaving for the day and took the time to make our waffles for us. He insisted even though he was done for the day! He went out of his way, and it personalized the experience for us, very special. It was my first stay at chi and was very pleased with the value and facilities. The staff was prompt and courteous, check-in and checking out was a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised the room included a fridge and microwave and I would stay there again if given the opportunity.
kaikki arvostelut » I just loved the feeling of a very clean room. It smelled really fresh, not like some hotels that have a slighgtly musty odor. I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it. Bed was extremely comfortable, Jacuzzi worked well, very clean, all in all a good deal for the price!. It was easy to access from the interstate, it was clean, dog friendly, and easy on the budget. Very clean, friendly staff, good location to restaurants and definatly on budget. Just off the highway. Great Price. Easy, friendly check-in & out. Needs to be updated. The room and many facilities were o.k. Location. There was nothing I didn't like. The free breakfast was atrocious, terrible attemt at best. Overall still a great value and the money I saved bought 2 very big breakfasts. I did not find anything I didn't like. Could use a few upgrades in the décor and such. It would have been nice if the rooms had some information on nearby restaurants and info on breakfast. Nothing. Breakfast was sparce and ended fairly early for a week-end. During the week I expect this. The facility was a bit dated. You could see daylight at the side and bottom of the door. There were no extra pillows in the room. All was good! Great value for money!. Breakfast was okay but there was no flavored cream to help the typical motel coffee, the cereal was stale and the toaster was broken. A little raggedy and outdated (but for the price it was fine). Very basic breakfast - lots of starch. Beds were too soft and old. Nothing. older decor. Couldn't get the internet connection and didn't have ice trays in the room. We book the room for 3 nights and when we got to check in they only had us booked for 1 night. Also the room they gave us was a bit grungy meaning there were ciggarette burns on bathtub iron burns on sink. The bathroom floors tiles could use some bleaching. Too Well Worn Needs upgrading Poor Bedding. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. We had a hard time understanding clerks etc. Crack heads milling about. When I walked out to my car to get something, I was offered drugs by a creepy thug. What Im pretty sure was a hooker downstairs who had multiple shady looking visitors. Dregs of society. My credit card was overcharged by a night and supposedly charged back, it's been 4 days and still no sign of my money. Bed was hard and springy. And breakfast was doughnuts, waffles and old bagels. Yum!. Needs updating. Service was poor facilities were mediocre my room was not very clean and the maid did not speak english. Booking through this website was not a good idea it was rated an 8.1 by someone but its more like a 5 and I booked a queen smoking and got a nonsmoking because of a front desk screw up. Check out was at 11 they were calling and knocking at 9:30. The AC was disturbingly noisy and when you switched off AC the room heated up immediately, a choice between "pest and cholera"; we slept rather badly. Nothing. Had to change rooms from very loud vibrating water pipes to room that smelled like cheap brothel with an iron print burned in the floor. And then there was the screaming couple next door at 0530. Dirty, noisy and awful.
