The staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished. The rooms are very clean and have all the necessities available in the room for a traveler. Great breakfast selection. I will always stay at a Americinn Lodge where ever I go, it they are available. The staff were incredible. I always try to get names to they can be recognized and I am sorry to say I didn't this time... From the front desk staff to the room attendants, all were so friendly and VERY accomodating. Thank You!.
kaikki arvostelut » Our stay was only 1 night, but it was wonderful! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was terrific! Pool & Hot tub great. Breakfast was awesome! Will stay there again!!. Willingness of staff to assist in finding a room on the first floor and a room "as advertised." Breakfast "Marian" was kind and courteous and joyful to be around.. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Room was clean and quit. Included Microwave and Fridge in room. Very Nice hotel stay. The hotel was very clean and staff was very professional and friendly - especially when we checked out the next morning. We were inpressed with the friendly staff and the accomodations. The room was clean and very comfortable. We are Seniors so with the Seniors' Discount and your Discounts; your hotel "worked" for us. First time stay and we liked it. We will be back. Usually go to Fargo 3 or 4 times a year. Staff was very friendly and courteous, hotel was nice and clean, overall was a nice stay. Good central location close to interstate, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and clean. Pool Hot tub Breakfast selection. Breakfast was large and had great variety. Breakfast was good. Room size was fine. Cost, comfort, cleanliness, quiet. Very comfy; served the purpose. Just a good quality hotel. All was good. we found it easy to find, the usual Americinn experience, the price was fine and restaurants were close by ( within walking distance). The pool and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was great. pool, clean towels, and sheets every day. If I have to chose something to "didn't you like", I guess the location, the hotel isn't that easy to locate, unless you have been at the hotel before; however, we called the hotel and the front desk gave us very good directions from where we told them our present location was and we found the hotel right away. Need to coordinate room shots with actuality on second floor, apparently yet to be renovated. The pillows on the beds were very bad - small and flat - I think it is time to purchase some new more firmer pillows. There were 3 of us in the room - luckily 6 pillows so we could each use 2. nothing. N/a. Wasn't too impressed with the pillows, but will definately return if in the area. The pool area was to hot to watch my kid play in the pool. Room floor carpet dirty (white powder in corners of room). Mould in bath tub (black). Beds a little lumpy. Sauna not working. Floors/stairs overall need to be vacuumed....otherwise room was clean. can't think of anything . . . Only one door on each end of the building, making the commute to the room a trek. Bathroom small. Extra lock was broken. Not enough cups and condiments for coffee. View of apartments wasn't great.we got room right at beginning of hall . Nothing. It was fine. The breakfast could have a little more variety. Last time I was there it was much better. Breakfast was weak. Was not asked age of guests, as a ground floor roomwould of been better for our group. the carpeting needs a good cleaning, there were a lot of stains on it and housekeeping needs to run the vacum closer to the baseboards..there was a lot of dirt all the way around the room!. That I forgot my swimsuit and had to pay over $20 to have it shipped to me. I could have shipped it for $7.00. That's an incredible charge for shipment. parking, breakfast, desk staff. I had to get hurt before the swimming Ladder was Taken down and told that it was just fixed. The sauna didn't work the first time we got there or when we came back through nothing was fixed. no elevator.
