  Everything. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so it was unavailable for our stay, but it is a large pool with a small separate area for young children. The spa was wonderful and the doors were open, so it was there was fresh air - very comfortable. The rooms are large, beds excellent.   Location was useful for us for where we were based. Staff were fantastic. The doorman/driver Jamie was a really nice fella and helped us out a lot. Melanie at the checkout was super helpful also.
