Great room size, fantastic to have a balcony, so quiet even with live band etc going on in casino. We have previously stayed at BW for double the price. Red lion fantastic value and facilities. Cleanliness and friendly during registration! Pool was right temperature. My husband loves his morning Starbucks, I prefer the coffee provided in the room. Great having free Wi-Fi. Very comfortable beds, clean and spacious room, clean modern bathroom, microwave and fridge. Free Wi-Fi and Excellent dining options in the building, with other options nearby.
kaikki arvostelut » I liked the idea of the restaurants are close together. I loved having Starbucks there. The lounge was great by the restaurants also. The room was very nice. Loved the balcony and the bed was super. Food good. Rooms were clean and quiet. Restaurant was outstanding. This hotel was awesome. It was conveniently on our way to Yellowstone from Sacramento. The price was right for traveling with our 4 grandsons. Spacious, clean, good quality of accomodation. staff friendly, restaurant very good. good location , comfortable,. room. Chef at Austin Restaurant. The location. Nothing. Smokey casino, but that goes with the territory, and it was well separated from the hotel portion of the building. nothing. Can't think of a thing. We checked in for two days, unfortunately our door key was only coded for one. We were traveling with 4 grandsons. We had requested rooms near each other. They gave us rooms on different floors in different buildings. We requested a change, and since last minute, did not get the beds we had originally requested. They had one of the rooms as handicapped, which we did not request. Also when registering, exposed to casino smoke--not happy at all about that. I left a toiletry bag in the bathroom, last stop before returning home, called housekeeping, nothing found except a necklace that day. For a hotel of about 300 units this is inconceivable. Cleanliness of room poor. Stains on carpet. Dirty wash cloth left on counter of bathroom. Pillows left on night stand. Fly's in bathroom. Water in toilet ran all night. 4:00PM check in to late. Room wasn't ready at 4:00PM Dog friendly, but don't give us a room that is dirty, just because we have a dog with us. overpriced, poor service at bars and restaurant. internet awful casino awful no american food on the buffet. A/C didn't work & it was way too hot. Everything else. The rooms were not ready on time and as promised and the non-smoking room that we had to sign a "non smoking" form reeked of smoke and had cigarette but on the balcony. We left!. Room smell of smoke and old musty smell, carpets needed to be cleaned, just not a nice place for the money. Big disappointment.
