We arrived very late, after midnight, and the front desk was very helpful noting that we requested a late check out. The next day they were gracious enough to let us stay for a while longer. We loved the facility and the room. Such a nice place to get away. location great for ski resorts, good value for money, clean, loved Woody's for a bite to eat and a drink after skiing-didn't have to leave hotel, great heated pool and hot tub for after ski, friendly staff, good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
kaikki arvostelut » Modern hotel in a relatively new shopping area by the side of the river so walk to restaurants and supermarket. Cheaper option than Vail. Spacious, clean room, large bathroom but no fridge or microwave. Very comfortable. Better than normal breakfast. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Riverwalk location is nice with shops and places you can walk. Nice breakfast buffet with good scrambled eggs and bacon and make your own belgian waffles. Also apples and oranges, yogurt and cold cereal. I loved the great reception I received upon arrival and really liked the country style room which was very comfortable. Also the restaurant downstairs cooked up a great salmon dinner and again, very well taken care of. a. We were upgraded to a mini-apartment which was well appointed and comfortable. b. Dining facilities were available on site. Expensive but nice. c. All in all, we had a good experience. Great location, comfortable beds, clean at a reasonable price. Also, courteous front desk. I loved the location, the park by the river, the facility and the rooms. Convenient restaurants, small and quaint atmosphere, outdoor hot tub. It is convenient to everything / everywhere....... centrally located. only 5 minute drive to Beaver Creek shuttle lot. Attractive facility. Good pool, full of kids. Staff and location, comfortable room. Nice hotel close to resturants. Heated garage and breakfast. We have stayed in four hotels/resorts with our son, and requested a crib with each reservation. This was the only place that had a crib I the room when we arrived. I was impressed. This is located next to a little shopping plaza, with a restaurant below. it's close enough to beaver creek and vail ski resorts, right off the interstate. Proximity to ski areas, free parking, easy access. location. Good location. The location. all was very good. I didn't like the cover over the duvet. It was very heavy and not sure it gets washed after every stay??. Lack of a fridge. No bellhop to bring up bags. There was NOTHING I didn't like. It was a great stay and would do it again. 1. We arrived 30 minutes before breakfast ended and found the staff member responsible for the meal already preparing to end service. He was not interested in being helpful or serving us. 2. There are insufficient reserved parking places for inn guests in the underground garage. And, there were no reserved parking spaces for handicapped vehicles in the underground garage. Street facing room can be noisy as smokers and folks leaving the pub tend to be a bit loud. Signage was not adequate to easily find the location after dark. It was a little loud. I heard the snow plows and neighbors showering and closing doors. Breakfast was a little lame ... seemed like they ran out of everything and the person in the kitchen could care less. The food was under cooked. the eggs were runny and the bacon was underdone / greasy .... we ended up going out for breakfast 2 days. Missed having a microwave. Location of pool and hot tub across parking lot. lack of parking. Not enough towels in room. Parking seemed limited, and having to cross the back parking lot to get to the pool was inconvenient, especially for my handicapped mother. The restaurant was a bit small, and the continental breakfast could have been better managed - staff personnel checking on guests, and the food/beverages. the price was a bit high for the summer, but it could have been the time of year. Noise from the bar below, Woody's. rooms near gym very noisy, staff needs groming. Maid service wasn't done unt il 430, complained to front desk & they didn't care. It is in need of updating and a good cleaning.
