  The Staff went out of their way to assist. I had a Bussiness issue that needed attention, and the front desk assisted with scanning, email etc without a problem! The facilities are in tip top condition, and after traveling For 8 weeks in the US, We rate this hotel of the best regarding value for money and comfort, in it's category. From that point of view, the visit to Cody was re - Loved everything about this motel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice, quiet location and wonderful ambiance. The motel was clean and tidy and everything worked well. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  Staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. We enjoyed the full free breakfast daily during our stay. Have to say the biscuits were the biggest I have seen in my life! We had stayed at an Americinn for the 1st time in Duluth Minn. The week before and liked it very much. We decided to try one again and had a great time.   staff, Bonnie in particular, was excellent. We needed to cancel our second night, and Bonnie was very helpful, we got it done with no problems. I left a Seiko watch behind when we checked out. Hours later we went back and the maid had turned it in to the desk. Everything was nice and clean - Ocated on the outskirts of Cody, Wyoming easy access to Yellowstone and the surrounding mountains. Has pool, hot tub, fitness center, laundry plus wi-fi access. My grandson left hs cell phone in our room, housekeeping found the phone and turned it into the front desk. We were notified via our answering service of the phones recovery and they made arrangements to send the phone ups to our home.

  I liked that it was easy to find and that it was on outskirt of the Town, which kept it nice and quiet from traffic noises and people. Quiet. Clean. Had microwave/fridge/coffee pot in room. Free Continental Breakfast. Hot tub and Sauna. And the price I got through letsbookhotel.com was a great price for the room. We were traveling from Maryland to Wyoming to drop our daughter off at a new job. We had stayed at 2 other hotels on that trip. Your hotel was the nicest. The front desk staff was very helpful.
