  Amanda at the front desk was lovely! She greeted us and gave us all the necessary details pertaining to our stay (Dasani water bottles on the house, coffee 24 hrs, cookies, etc). The room was very very clean, the bed sooooo comfortable after a long drive, hard & soft pillows, etc. (The linen smelled so clean!)Within 1/2 hour a call from front ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » desk asking if we were satisfied. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but I saw scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels/bread, fruit, cereal, waffles, be - Good location, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff. When I mentioned the issues (see "what I didn't like") upon check- out, I was pleasantly surprised when the clerk said there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and so I would not be charged for the room. Given this dedication to quality service, I will definitely give this hotel another try.
