  The service was incredible from the moment we arrived. A staff member immediately came to our vehicle and helped unload our luggage and took it to our room. The room itself was terrific. Very modern with flat screen tv's, a clear glass shower in the bathroom, an Ipod alarm clock in the bedroom, and a Keurig coffee maker in the living room.   Hotel Macomber was just darling! We booked last minute & didn't really know what to expect. The room was quaint, yet adorable and romantic. We weren't expecting to see the ocean - as we didn't request a room with a view, but you could see the ocean from our bathroom & bedroom. The staff members were really sweet & helpful! Took about 15 minutes to get to the Cape May Zoo & about 5 minutes - My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The owner was very friendly with my daughter who is special. In my book that means everything to me. The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating. It was steps away from the beach.I would recommend staying at the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has the best food in Cape May. The local wine was good too.
