  Our room was very clean and we loved the sleep number beds. We left our car at the hotel prior to staying and the staff quickly got us on a shuttle to our cruise ship. Upon our return from the cruise we found the shuttle was waiting to take us back to the hotel. The staff at this Radisson were helpful and friendly; awesome customer service. The paths to the rooms wind around to smaller waterfalls and a Koi fish pon - The staff were phenomenal My room was large and well appointed There was a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker The bed was huge and had adjustable settings for firmness The feather pillows were deluxe The pool area was very nice There was a free shuttle bus to downtown and beaches I had food poisoning (nothing to do with the hotel) and when I called Sandra in Reception she gave me a later check-out at no extra charge and asked if there was anything she could do for me.
