The hotel was very conveinent for my husbend and I. He had 2 days of intense testing in Cleveland Clinic. We were just close enough, that when we were done for the day. Hopped in the car and went straight to the hotel and rested up for the next day of testing. Plus get up at 6 am and grab a danish and coffee or juice, then be on our way. We will stay at the same hotel the next time we have to come to Cleveland, which will be soon.
kaikki arvostelut » All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. It was very quiet and we slept well. The price was excellent. We will definitely stay there again. We were there for my husband to have tests and appointments at Cleveland Clinic. It was a 15 min. drive to the clinic and we were told if we stay again we can get a discount for being there for appointments at Cleveland Clinic. Great!. Shuttle drivers are all very kind, one take us to K-mart to buy GPS, one introuduce us to Niagara Falls, another lady driver take us to airport and help us unload luggage in the rain. Finally we use the GPS drive to Niagara Falls. Location is close to airport and car rental center, it is very convenience for travelling. The restaurant opposite the street is quite good. The staff was friendly and accomodating. My husband left the dome light on in my car and they called my room to let me know. All the staff smiled and printed directions to local restaurants stores etc. The breakfast provided free was good. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom was large. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very friendly. Free breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. microwave and fridge airport shuttle service pizza service. Staff was friendly, parking and shuttle easy to arrange and convenient. The free shuttle to and from the airport and the car rental place. Staff was friendly, and willing to assist when issues arised. Room, Location, fair price, breakfast was marginal. Friendly staff that it made the stay enjoyable. Ability to leave car while on cruise. the hotel is safe and great!. Location and Internet. Comfy beds. Heather fhe front desk person was GREAT give her a raise... Staff helpful, polite. Clean. I like it was close to airport. There was nothing we didnt like about the hotel. The only complaint we had was the shower curtain smelled like mildew. Window glass is foggy, so I can see nothing through the windows. The oreo cookie I found near the bed when I dropped an earring. Hmm I didnt bring any oreos. The toiletpaper holder was dirty, filled with unrecognizable hardened substances. Made me vomit,. The toilet was stuffed up during our entire stay. We had to keep a plunger in our room the entire time. Staff came to plunge the toilet as well, but it still did not work. No parts were replaced. The breakfast was lack luster. stale air on the 3rd floor hall. 3 towels in the room we booked for 4 guests, hard to reach front desk. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that needed attention. Room was not made up on second day of three days. I cannot think of anything I did not like other than the hallways to the rooms have a strong smell of cigarette. Other than that, the room was clean and free of cigarette odors. Smelled smoke!. Was not asked for my rewards card so I forgot to get awards credit for my stay. Parking lot was under size for large vehicles RV. Hotel old and dated parking is awkward tv old carpet old bathroom not very clean. Rooms very spare. Poor decor. Little breakfast variety. Hard to find entry door (main door). The place was out dated. Need a lot of up dates. Shower drain was back up, the tv was super out dated. Hallways and entry out dated. The refrigerator was so loud that I had to unplugged it to get some sleep. I order a king size and got to queens instead. The check out day I was over charged. I will not recommend the place to any one. The facility was not smoke free.. The rooms smelled like smoke... Cigarette butts on the floor in the room.. Half the sockets didn't work.. My son got sick because of the smoke.we had to give him a nebulizer treatment.. We checked in at 12:30am and checked out at 11:00am the following morning.. If all best westerns are I like this I will never stay there again. I wish I could get a refund...the experience was awfull...
