I was extremely happy with our stay. We had some problems with internet connection in the room we were staying in and the staff went out of their way to accomadate us to a room where access was much better. Extremely helpfull in all the accomadations. We were staying with four small children and they more than helped to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable in all areas. We stayed here because of a good pricing rate I got several months ago. The best parts of our stay was the pool and breakfast. We used the pool every day. It was clean and a nice size. The breakfast was nice and we particular enjoyed Jean our breakfast hostess.

The nice way the guest are treated by hotel personel; also the real special good breakfast and how frendly the older ladies are that took care of the food in the morning. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and attentive, rate was very affordable. Breakfast was a real value. My wife was already booking rooms here for our next excursion to Branson. We stayed on the 3rd floor, but still on the main story; so no stairs to climb. Staying in the mountains was extremely relaxing, quiet, & very comfortable. The two ladies we met that served the breakfast area in the mornings were delightfull and efficient. It was like having breakfast at Grandma's... A+A+A+A+. The breakfast was good just would like to see more fruit then just apples and oranges.. Our stay there was good no complaints..Nice clean room.. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and it was very clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was tasteful, hot, and very good choices. Room was nice and it was clean. It suited our needs quite well and was close to the theaters we wanted to go to and easily accessible. Cleanliness and great hot breakfast. Also, that the hotel was away from all the traffic but located with easy access to everything. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was wonderful. The beds were AMAZING to sleep in. And great choice of toiletries. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful..the room was clean and very nice. We will be back hopefully in the spring.. Travelling in Branson,checking out the Ripley's museum,the Hollywood wax museum.. Very good breakfast. The location is very good easy to get to. Not far off 76. The Days Inn is okay. Rooms were clean. Fourth floor was easy to access. I appreciated being accommodated in a room that was handicap accessible. The breakfast lady, Lana was great! Friendly. Helpful tourist info. the convience of being close to sight and sound theater and shopping. The staff were extremely helpful, polite & professional. How clean it was. Stuff was very nice. The lady doing breakfast on the 14th was a jem, I am an area manager for a restraunt and I would steal her in a minute, really made you feel welcome , was friendly and her breakfast area was clean, and she even came areound and took our plates amazing. I liked the jacuzzi tub in our room. I also liked having a refrigerator and microwave. It was a very clean room and comfortable. The A/C was great, clean sheets and towels. Staff was responsive to request for additional Blanket. Price was good. The people in office were great!. Was just fine for the price. Staff and location. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Smaller dining area for breakfast with the amount of people staying at the hotel. The room was dark. And the air condition knob was broke. We either had freezing cold AC or fan. Luckily, it was 100 degrees out side so it wasn't too much of a problem. We just didn't leave it on AC while we were gone or we would return to an icebox. Not the hotels fault, but holy crap how much shine had the old boy had, that laid out that city. Stop and get a good map before you get into town. No elevator; therefore, not truly handicap accessible. Didn't care for the room layout: no privacy when using the bathroom sink. Faucet was difficult to use; hard to open it, had to use some force and then water spattered. Room was next to vending and ice machine which at times was noisy. Nothing. Parking was somewhat difficult. Outside appearance needed to be cleaned up. No hot sauce at breakfast (if this is the worst I could come up with you are doing pretty good). Nothing really...enjoyed the stay!. wish it had better chairs to set it, highback chairs only place to really rest was the bed... The night staff had no idea where the hotel was. We drove around and stop at a service station for direction. Leaving Branson, LOL. slow inter-net. Very poor signage. The hotel is actually called something else but there is a small banner hanging from a sign that says Days Inn. Breakfast was very, very poorly designed. Seating does not accommodate very many guests. Breakfast selection is very limited. Since breakfast was so crowded we ended up just leaving and paying to eat breakfast. Couldn't find the refrigerator until the last day - it was in the TV cabinet. did not have a do not disturb sign in my room .... thats it . Mattress was a little too soft for me. Bathroom was small. The last day we were there we asked that noone clean our room while we were gone. They came in anyways and changed the sheets and we itched all night long. It was great up until that point. My boyfriend and I have welts all over us from the bites. It was a horrible night trying to sleep.. grounds needed some repair they need to develop and post in room emergency plans ie tornadoes. Hotel is a little dated. Bed Was Too Hard. Room by stairs was a little noisy with traffic. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that was bothersome was that we were next to a very rowdy group who stayed up with young kids until 11 p.m. They ran up and down the halls yelling and we had way tee times. It was not very pleasant. tv and bed sheets didnt fit. Bed too hard. The fact that I had bugs in my bed, I slept in a chair when I saw it. The lady at the counter which I did not tell until the next morning, said they were carpet beetles and they were trying to get them under control. My complaint was having a room right next to the pool. It was very loud. If there was a pool closing time it must have been very late because people were out there until 11:30. Also, we never could connect to their wifi. We called and they said they would look in to it. It never worked the three days we were there. Wi-fi was sub par (no response after the morning). We were upset ... by reserving online our room had the view of a wall!!! Thank goodness we were able to change rooms if we couldn't we would have left. Doesn't say much for reserving rooms via computer. Also the ac did not get cold enough but who's complaining. I wouldn't do that again. Stairs. Dusty coffee packets first night, and extremely loud kids at pool until 11:00 p.m. Extremely loud school group second night, late. No make-up remover towels second day and wash rags not restocked at tub. Humid rooms. Found three cockroaches in the room during our 3 day, 2 night stay. Room was not very clean smelled like urine.
