  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013. I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she loves it here. I can't speak highly enough of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if we mattered. That's highly unusual in my experience, and I've stayed in hotels of every caliber. They constantly went above and beyond with genuine personal attention, friendly greetings everywhere you turned and made sure we were taken care of no matter what it was we needed.   The staff was incredibly friendly and even helpful with the baby we had with us. Parking was free! The beds were amazingly comfortable. And the room was very well appointed. - This is a fanatastic place to stay! It's very near my daughter, which is why I chose to stay there.   Amazing Friendly Stuff and very helpful with tips and tricks, Close to the Subway, Very nice safe area, a fair average american breakfast, Nice room with vending and ice maker machine in two floors, - Staff was very helpful with my problems and helped me solve them. Very friendly and efficient.

Most of the European restaurants are at the other end of Brooklyn near the bridge. Though there is a McDonalds ab - We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food!
