Eating facilities just right. Comfortable lounge area. Clean, modern and relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff who responded sympathetically when my daughter was unwell and the manager offered her a room at a competitive price which made a big difference to her welfare. Very quick check in and the helpfull staff. Good size clean rooms with great bathroom. Nice touch with the coffee maker and refrigerator. Very comfortable. Not a centrally located hotel but the metro is close by with a quick service to the city centre.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff was helpful, pleasant & courteous. We were delayed from a Fri. Nite flight to the following Tues. Nite & everyone here has been great! They even had a dinner to serve those of us staying thru "Storm Nemo"!!!. The hotel was very clean and updated. Although the pool was small it was good for the kids to enjoy. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff was helpful with getting us into a room early in the day!. I loved how comfy the beds were! My friends and I had a great experience with the hotel staff at the front desk. If I stay in Boston again, this is where i'll be staying!. Rooms were large. Subway a fairly close walk, they also offered shuttle service to the airport or subway station. Shopping next door. Design of the hotel, room was really comfortable. We also like the restaurant design with box with personnal TV. The Queen Room with Double Queen Beds is very roomy and comfortable with good bathroom and nice accessories. The cleanliness and the comfort of the room some of the staff were friendly Eric was very helpful. Loved the room- spacious, comfortable, adequate sitting area...nice bath area as well... Frendly staff, clean room, perfect location near subwaystation. Free parking. Friendly staff. Good breakast. Clean and nice rooms. Near to subway station. Near to South Bay Center, facilities and room cleaning are good. refrigerator and microwave. Area around shopping center. Very confortable, good price, clean. clean and calm. So so. A poor location but close to the T station. No negatives at all. The washing machine was not working. It was a bit of a distance from downtown Boston but the hotels closer to downtown were a lot more expensive too. The pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel. Only about 5 or 6 people could fit in the pool at a time, and if the people were from a different family, you felt like you were intruding on their personal space. The lady at front desk really doesnt like her job. She doesn't care about customers she was rude without any smile on her face. If I would be the manager or owner of this hotel I would fire her ASAP beacuse it cost money to this hotel. I booked the room for 4 people but they only gave enough bath towels for 3 and need to call the front desk to get the extra towels; but they were provided to us promptly and very quickly so no big deal. It was not as near to the centre of town as I would have liked. The breakfast wasn't very nice-I left my mobile phone in my room 201 and was wondering if you could post it to me. The fitness center has 2 treadmills, one of which had been " out of service" since Aug 3- we were there on the 11th, 12th...it was limited in work out equipment... Breakfast is in the hotel, not included. No seating at breakfast. Only a few tables that were occupied; we were seated at a love seat and chairs with a coffee table. Very awkward to eat breakfast. Surrounding area was not that nice. Noise from next room over in middle of the night Limited parking Confusing access to Hotel. it was very difficult to get to the hotel--the street in front is one way and makes it extremely to fined your way there. Did not like breakfast and had to wait 10 minutes past 7 to eat so this ment I had to eat and run . Shuttle service not available to bus station or train . People don't just fly needed to take subway. some of the staff was not very friendly. Heating a bit ''all or nothing''. Very minor... it was too cold water power was a little poor. Not in a great part of town. Hotel shuttle back from subway station did nor arrive. I didn't lake the park In lot because doesn't have spot for all guests and inside the Room 208 or more specific in the bathroom we have a problem with the floor and tube... no menu in the evening. Restaurant. Used only one room got booked for two. Will not use letsbookhotel.com again. Booking hotel room directly would be better. No savings using letsbookhotel.com. Food & staff in restaurant - it is a service industry & the staff was extremely indifferent. Front desk staff were not helpful EXCEPT after the Marathon when they were excellent. Continental breakfast is not included. access from Interstate. The location is good, but not very near the main turistic attractions. Attitude of staff - unfriendly, not helpful. location was woeful staff useless - not very friendly it was in boston. They wanted to bill me twice for breakfast,but sorted it out. staffs in front dest is really unfriendly. I can't understand why they are there. They are polite. but the room price compares to the location and environment. Only this time never again.
