Many things. 1St time staying at this particular hotel/resort. We
arrived at the hotel and met up with friendly valet parking and the
staff at the front desk. We were given an upgrade to the tower and a
pleasant gift when we arrived to our room. We had a minor confrontation

The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. There was fresh fruit out all day at the main desk and ccokies and lemonade in the afternoons. Those little extras are always a nice touch! Rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms (well stocked). - rooms very comfortable and the service excellent
