  Nicole at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. So were all of the staff that we met. When my daughter left her pillow there, they found it and held it for a week for us.   Everything! This has to be one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was clean, the staff was very helpful, and it looked like it was brand new. But it wasn't. I asked for a non-smoking first floor room and that is exactly what I got.
