The view of woods from window. Kitchenette. Water filter! Affordable. Great value. Staff helpful with directions and accommodating needs. My room was unbelievable quiet. Kitchen amenities were just right. I would stay here again. I will recommend this hotel to friends. Good Value for lodging in Bellevue and handy to Bel Square. I already introduce more than 10 person to this hotel.

Good Value for the money. location & price. clean room. They moved us into a quitter room It was centrally located for our event. Location. Smell of smoke in hallways. Partying youth loud in the hall through the wee hours (3 am) kept waking me with loud voices and laughter. Rate was originally posted as the wrong amount. It took forever to get hot water in my bathroom early in the morning. Thin walls. Not sound-proof. I was awoken at 4am by a neighbor showering and I could hear every drop of water. I could not fall back asleep. Next door were some people who just flew in from India and when they were in their room and I was in the hallway, it sounded like they were shouting at each other even though this was not the case. Having to do my own cleaning rather than having a housekeeper to do it. Having to deal with a large (~ 1 1/2 " diameter spider) and some ants in the room. We are from the country so I know this sometimes cannot be helped but it was not something I enjoyed. My room wasn't cleaned. But the assistant manager took care of the situtation. Didn't like the smell of Cigarette smoke on the same floor as my Non-smoking room. bed too hard. no fan in bathroom. It was supposed to be a smoking room, but the previous occupants had clearly been smokers. The room smelled heavily and the smoke detector was covered in foil which would indicate that people were in fact smoking in that room. 1.Our room was on the freeway side. I had requested it not be.. 2.I thought we were going to have two queen beds and we only had one. 3. Our room had a strong odor like way to much spray.. We left the windows open all day and all night. When every we left and came back the smell was just as strong.. Didn't feel very clean. Noise from highway. Smoke smell in hallway. No letsbookhotel.com reference at hotel so painful process at front desk despite my letsbookhotel.com reference number.
