The staff was nice and friendly. Clean nice quite room. Free cookies by the elevator. Your room key is needed to operate the hotel elevator. The casino is across from the hotel. The pool area where we spend the majority of our time was AMAZING! The room was spectacular. Over all the majority of try staff went above and beyond. the atmosphere was unreal, the room was very appealing and we would return again for the full comfort we received`.

The staff at the bear during the day at the pool was less than stellar. She took a long time to make drinks and they were often wrong. She had a very unhappy air about her. as for the food in the 18 Steakhouse it was terrible, our appetizer was the seafood stack which every item in the stack was either old tasting, freezer tasting, lobster was a little raw, snow crab was dry in shell, oysters were little, and shrimp tasted like crud, the steak was a 20oz bone in rib eye, which was about 2ozs. of bone, 10ozs. of fat and 8ozs. of meat, planked eggplant was nasty overall take on the meal, Score 1-10 I would say (3). needless to say I won't be returning to eat there. The price seemed a little steep for the size and comfort of the room. I don't see myself staying again based on the price. I expected much better. Smoking. Food at stadium was horrible. The fact that my reservations was for a executive suite and did not get it. Kids couldn't eat at buffet. pool too small. The price. Housekeeping. The rooftop pool was extremely disappointing. The size was so small for a casino hotel. There were too many people in the pool so we didn't even get in it. The lounging space around the pool was also very cramped. Also, the bartender at the outside bar was very inexperienced. Location does not appear on a gps. Had to ask twice to find it. Need better signage on interstate. Parking attendant was rude. I didn't enjoy my stay there! First of all they gave us a half cleaned room! The toilet had feces or vomit on it and the young lady at guest services had a horrible attitude!! I will never spend another dollar there!. service at pool- bartender distracted pool very small. Room 520. Toilet ran all night. Sounded like the shower was running.
