Location is great. Easy walking distance t inner harbor and little Italy. Although valet parking is a bit pricey they were very efficient and polite. Free breakfast was great expect for the coffee which tastes terrible. The facilities are nice, rooms clean and up to date. Upon check in our first room the air did not work, a trip to the desk got us a new room immediately. I would gladly stay here again, no issues otherwise.

Desk service was some of the best I have ever encountered. Proud to be of help and to represent the property as a team. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean... Within walking distance of inner harbor and little italy. very close to the inner harbor 5 blocks about 8 min walk very clean and friendly staff. location is excellent being right downtown near inner harbor. convient to johns hopkins hospital the purpose of my trip. Excellent people, everyone was so friendly. Nice Hotel. I love that the staff was diverse and very helpful. The staff were very accomadating, very very nice. The friendly staff. hotel was very nice good location and food was good would stay again if they upgrade there sofa sleepers. -walking distance to the inner harbor -there was an included breakfast with eggs and sausage. Large room, 2 large TV sets, comfortable, free but extremely slow wifi. Gym was convenient , and the room was nice. Location free breakfast. Location. My only complaint was the coffee served at breakfast. Air conditioner's and other features in rooms should be checked prior to new arrivals. PARKING...I was unaware you couldn't just park your car at a hotel lot. The ONLY way to park your car here is via Valet and paying a $30 charge daily not including tip. I think valet parking should be a free service from the hotel and not be charged. No refrigerator in room. Noise level from street was enough to deny a sound sleep as I was on a lower floor if I stayed here again I would require floos 4 or above. Pillows were too small. the room was very nice but nit what I was let to believe it stated 2 floors I bedroom with extra sleeping but it was just a split 4-5 ft room. i liked everything. Hard to get back onto the street after getting car. One way very busy street. having to pay so much for parking. The breakfast was horrible. Food was not replenished and the area was not easy to get around. Having to wake up. The arrangements of the bathrooms,I.e the shower, the bath m at, the towels, the ease of operating the heat/air conditioner. valet parking. the staff that parks the car ran my custom Rims into a curb. parking expensive. The fire alarm going off at 4:40 in the morning and wake up my young children. That they had an I home and an iPod ready tv hook up but no cables to actually hook it up. The shower curtains were too short so the water goes over the bathtub and wets the bathroom floor. The bathroom gets messy and dirty. we needed to use the sofa sleeper and it was the most uncomfortable thing there was to sleep on springs poking you in the back it is a shame to pay that much for a room and to have to sleep on something like that and we liked the hotel it is a shame to have this as one of are memorable moments at your hotel please upgrade your sofa sleepers for your next guest so they wont be writing you i guarantee if you slept on one you would also complain. -my sheets felt damp on both days we were there, which was totally uncomfortable, and i was there in july. i would not go back for this fact. if this is changed i would recommend this hotel. -also i went to the gym and you cannot change the tv monitor on the threadmill. The cleaner did not clean my room, it looked like come over to visit my room but not to clean. The kitchen area was also not cleaned on everyday basis, all tables were very sticky with a lot of debrils around. No hot water during the day to make a tea/coffe. Bookings . Com gave me a price that was convienient, but the price of the room wound up being over two hundred dollars more!!. Throw pillows on bed only one bed pillow in closet $30 daily parking. Was charged an extra $100 to get a room with 2 queen beds vs 1 King. Four people were noted in initial reservation. $30 valet charge.
