I loved the decor, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant,the staff demonstrated communication,integrity,and teamwork,the staff was alsp friendly and curtious,it shows that they received the proper training.And the breakfast Buffett was awesome, I can't remember all there names, but the staff who worked March 1-2 2013, job well done......TeamDavis. The rooms and building itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant was wonderful, and all staff members were excellent. Our wait staff was more than helpful. We were made to feel like we were appreciated while staying at the your hotel. The valet service was a really nice touch as well. Thank you for a nice stay.

Once you get there in hotel, REST they will taking care of. we drive fro Toronto. I will recomend this hotel to my friends and family. Special thanks to Sandy, front desk staff. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was polite and helpful. My son fell in love with the hot tub. Overall a positive experience. My only negative is the lack of room service. Convenience, beds comfortable, front desk asked our requirements and gave us options and recommendations. Well located. Overall good experience. The employees are all extremely pleasant from the front desk to the housekeeping to the waitress in the breakfast buffet. Such a pleasant stay. Location, location was great for my purposes. When to beach, which was walking down 2 blocks and great shopping 8 minute drive away. It was very clean and the staff was great and vallet team was alsome and when ever i go to ac thats where i will be staying at. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and neat. There was always enough staff to assist. Clean, good location to casinos, and good service. A death in the family cut our visit short, but we'll be back. The beds were so comfortable. It was very clean. Excellent breakfast! It was close to everything!. Nice and neat places. Great for those who don't like retrofitted vintage and smokey casinos. The building was very clean. We were surprised with the surrounding neighborhoods and all the run down and vacant homes and businesses. The area made us feel not so safe when touring or walking to the boardwalk. Hazardous areas within walking distances was unexpected and provoked thought as to why the city doesn't do something about the situation. However we understand it's not Courtyard Marriot's problem, other than your customers might not chose to return to your hotel. This is unfortunate. parking, and no pool. I wish your website had mentioned more prominently that the hotel has a work out room! I really needed it after my sunday breakfast! (and saturday dinner)!!!. No complaints from me, like security door at night and friendly staff. There was no microwave in your room every thing else was great. A small microwave would make a wonderful addition. Mandatory vallet parking and tipping, tipping, tipping. I like the availbility of accessing my own car. No complaints. parking is a bit tricky. Nothing. Fair room rates during the week, but over-priced in the weekend. One block from boardwalk was fine - but hotel on somewhat Dark and unplesant location as for Strange drunks and drugsellers. So just drive to and from and you are fine. Missing a safe in the room and we did not appreciate forced valet service.We prefer to park and take care of our things ourselves. nothing. one elevator was broken and there was a long line. Cost. Far over priced. my hotel reservation had alot of extra fees that added u to more than I wanted to spend. The view from my window was somewhat obstructed due to a small wall and construction materials located right outside my window. no indoor pool!. Valentines day weekend pricing. Towels smells bad, otherwise every thing was good. required valet. As a customer having to pay for parking and breakfast. I believe thats not fair to customer. Bad location but not hotels fault. Atlantic City can't seem to clean up the boarded houses that are 2 blocks away. Would not recommend walking street at night! Also, valet staff was rather rude for a Marriott. Nothing really. While booking room the web site indicated breakfast included. My reservation came back no breakfast. The hot tub was broke first day. I talked to maint and later was told it was working. Second try it was working but no heat. I didn't like the fact that parking and breakfast were extra. breakfast not served until 7 a.m. I was told it would start at 6 am to accommodate those running in the marathon, but that did not happen! Definitely made an already stressful day a little more stressful and it was one thing I was counting on not having to worry about on the morning of the marathon....that was definitely a big let down for me. No breakfast included. Very noisy, many people living in the same room and playing in the corridor, was horrible. I paid 350$ and nobody take care of us, no questions like, how was everything? Last time at courtyart. Staff was confused, checked me, then cancelled. Walked into a room already occupied. Told my rate would be 119 and then told the next morning by someone that didn't even want to let me explain what happened the day before that the rat was 199. Never again. And never should you!!!!!.
