  It was great bang for your buck. It was everything I could want in a $45/night hotel. The room was clean, the bed was bed-bug free and very comfortable, and the tv was big. - I liked the size of the room and bathroom. I liked the fact that the sink and mirror was inside the bathroom and not out in the room. I liked the location.

  If all Super 8's hotels were like this one i'd stay at Super 8's all the time. This Super 8 hotel was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Even the cable tv was the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. If your going to Asheville, nc stay at this super 8. You can't beat it for the money. The pictures online of the rooms are exactly what the rooms we stayed in. We had one room wi - "Fresh remodel" is the best way to describe the accomodations. My bed was very comfortable, there was fresh paint on the walls, and the furniture sparkled. The remodel seemed to be in full swing, there were friendly and personable workers around the property. The footprint of the bathroom had been increased, so you could tell travellers' delicate sensibilities were considered. Yes, there was some construction underway, but it wasn't a hindrance.   I am a simple guy, and the Mountaineer Inn suited me perfectly. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.
