  When we got there we were tired from having been at a conference for several days. We got a room next to the elevator and asked the staff for a room farther away. They immediately accommodated us with a room (ended up being a suite) at the end of a hallway.   The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect - minutes from downtown and minutes from the Biltmore Estate. LOVED the shuttle to downtown all night long! So fun for me and my husband. Wonderful experience! - The staff was very helpful, especially the young man that guided me in because our GPS could not pick up the location. The breakfast was delicious and the options were many. The chefs went out of there way to provide an alternative to pork breakfast meat.
