Loved the nice warm cozy feel of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. I loved that they had fresh cookies and apples every day at the front, and the staff was amazing and very nice. They made you feel like family. We liked it so much we booked another country inn & suites on our way home. My husband and I stayed one night here while in town briefly for the Biltmore candlelight tour. We were very happy with our accommodations and must say the staff was delightful. We were called shortly after arriving to make sure everything was all right; that was a nice touch.

We liked it so well we stayed 2 nights!. as above says everything was great, Even the hallways smelled good.Our room was nice,the garden tub was really nice,the comforter was warm not like you see in mostmotels (just a thin piece of blanket). The staff was very friendly. The 24 hour coffee was nice. Cookies during the afternoon/evening. They had directions to sites in the area. The breakfast was good. Excellent hot breakfast each day, and home made cookies in the evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful with various questions. Room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, great cookies, clean updated room with some HD channels on decent flat screen TV, not too far from downtown Asheville. clean and nicely decorate. Breakfast included with price of stay, made it affordable and convenient. Liked the pool area located in the back and private. We arrived late in the evening, tired from driving and the desk clerk was fast and friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems checking in. Very close to Pisgah national forest. Great staff. Hotel is right next to a grocery store. The breakfast was amazing. Room was clean. Area seemed safe. Large comfortable room. Nice complementary breakfast. We were able to buy tickets for The Biltmore at a reduced rate at the reception desk. It felt like being in an old English Inn; beautifully decorated, fresh & clean, very comfortable room & bedding, helpful staff. The shower head was freaking awesome. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Fresh baked cookies 24/7 and coffee!!!. i do like the service, the breakfast was so diverse and also the 24/7 coffee, tea, apple, and cookies. The staff are so welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the room was great. The staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. comfortable emanities, spacious room, pleasant staff, coffee & cookies in lobby enjoyable, nice breakfast. I felt like I spent a little too much to stay here. No complaints. The breakfast included was lack luster, although sufficient. Smokers on the front porch. Room was very cramped because we had to get a roll-away bed since there were no double queen rooms available. Parking spaces were tight. i just have a concern about the price for saturday which was expensive comparing to others days. nothing. It was very frustrating trying to watch television. There is no guide to tell you the name of the show or movie you are watching or any information about the show (except for the little hbo brochure). We are used to having a variety of movies to watch and there was no pay per view. Staff at front desk have no authority..they have to call manager to resolve problems. They have all the responsibility with not much authority when it comes to adjusting your bill for problems. However, after calling manager it took forever to get it straightened out. Manager left poor lady in charge after being on the job for only 3 weeks. She did the best she could. Wish they could have real eggs - one day the coffee was weak, but the next day it was fine. Nothing!. Thin towels Noise from the kitchen (we were right across from the open door of the kitchen). Nothing. Didn't like that our room was just outside the ice machine and when we requested to move there was no other room available. fried eggs in a warmer for breakfast never work. Nothing. The heat was hard to keep consistent and made lots of noise. Will get suite next time with central heating and air!. Breakfast was not very warm. Selection was ok. A little far from Biltmore House. But still great. Location ," the pool" more like a big soaking tub !...... Stayed four days three nights . Second night spilled something on the sheets. When I came back at the end of the day , house keeping had made the bed up over the dirty sheets??. Most of the parking lot was closed. The elevator was out of service. The breakfast was uneatable, etc., etc.
