We traveled with friends, we were able to get two rooms for just over the price of 1 room elsewhere. It was clean and the facilities were well kept. There is a BBQ and picnic tables so we were able to use these facilities for 2 of our main meals saving us even more. For the price in the Pismo Beach area, it was a great value. No problems with reservation through checkout. All of the staff were friendly and willing to help. Room including bath and shower was clean. Air conditioner, mini fridge and microwave all worked great.

Best of all their washer/dryer were cheaper than the laundromat and they are very pet friendly. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean, bed was firm and comfortable. The room had a fridge (and it was quiet!) and microwave. The gal at the front desk was helpful. Coffee available in the morning. Very good value for the area. Great value! You get what you pay for. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Fabulous location and view. We didn't know from letsbookhotel.com that there was a pool and hot tub at the hotel so that was a bonus!. Beds were super comfy! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and roomy. Microwave and fridge in room was a great extra, a coffee maker wouldve been nice but coffee was available in lobby. I love the fact that it has a spa and stays open late. I love that the rooms were not to pricy and that it is not that far from the beach. I had a good experience will go back soon :). Quick on and off of the freeway, lovely view from a hill overlooking the area. Polite and courteous staff, room was clean and efficient, everything was where I expected it to be. It was much better than I anticipated for the value! Exceeded my expectations, it was very clean the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. I booked this room for my husband and my step-son and they said it was comfortable and clean. It was great that the rooms included a mini- fridge and microwave. Perfect place to stay. Stopped off for one night on our way back to san Francisco, did the trick perfectly. Safe, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Great value for the money. This Motel is in very quite location, the staff is great, we were early and they were able to give us our room before 3:00p.m. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Would have liked the two rooms to be closer together (they were in different buildings), but it was workable. We did have a wonderful time. Not a complaint; the bed was okay, but could have been a little more comfortable. They dont have an elevator... Walls are thin.. can hear TV in the next room. Shower was a bit weak. No hairdryer. Strong smell of cleaning products when you enter the room but at least that means it's clean. Furniture and carpet old. Only "complaints" no in room coffee - the sink had a few rusty spots in it - and room service did not make the beds/vacuum -towels were replaced and trash taken out though. I think they should have hot chocolate in the morning for the kids not just coffee. The spa could have been a little more cleaner. No clock, silly I know but I would have liked a clock and I really can't think of anything else negative. No complaints!. They charge for Wi-fi. Nothing. What's not to like? It's not a four star hotel, and isn't trying to be. It is rock solid value for the traveling family. When I arrive to room Had a very, very strong order of Fabrese I guess. I went to office and they could not move me due to full house. They told me to open door, window and put on A/C which I did. The tap water had an odd smell. We had to pay for Internet. The refrigerator was off and standing open when I arrived. The bed was too soft for my tastes. I would have liked a in room cofee maker but thee was cofee in the lobby. No hair dryer. the decor is out-dated. the halls smell like it was once a smoking facility, but I don't think anything takes that away. The pool was a little cold, but I guess that's to be expected by the ocean. The sink is a little rusted and the shower/tub could use some work. The lever that changed the water from tub to shower was stuck halfway and caused the most horrendous squeal while showering. I couldn't get out fast enough....awful! No coffeemaker in room a real drawback, too. Everything was fine. All was in order. no hair dryer in room. you have to ask the front desk if you need to borrow the hair dryer. Location is slightly hidden. N/A. That I had to walk through dirt to go to my room because of that dirt was tracked in to our room. Taxes were very high it was 6+ more dollars than I was quoted. Nothing!. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty n cloudy! Dog poop on grass n granddaughter stepped in it! Experience had been great in the past until this time. At this time I cannot recommend based on experience. Channel restriction on TV & walls are paper thin. You should consider a little better sound proofing for future construction. Last, second floor and staircase walk area carpets pretty funky. smokers underneath us, and hords of kids running on the second floor until I stopped them. Not enough parking. The room we requested had 2 queen beds. One was fairly comfortable, the other was so hard I might as well have been sleeping on the floor. It rained one day and fog for a day. Would have liked a newspaper stand to buy a daily paper. continental breakfast.
