We stayed at the Courtyard on the last night of a 3-week trip to Alaska because it is convenient for Ted Stevens Airport and we were flying home next day. The airport shuttle runs to a schedule and has to be pre-booked but this works well and the driver is very helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. I loved the friendly staff in the halls. When I asked questions, the woman was very polite and willing to answer. I loved how clean the room was and even though close to the airports, was a quiet location. Thank you for your hospitality.

Once we were there the staff was friendly and we had no trouble with any of our reservations. I checked in very late and had put the wrong date for my reservation but the front desk fixed me up. It was no problem and I got the same discount rate. Very friendly even after midnight. 24 hr airport shuttle, front desk willing to work with room logistics. Courteous and friendly staff. Awesome room, friendly staff and great deal. Definitely my hotel of choice when I visit Anchorage. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Location great. The rooms very big and comfortable. The employees were very helpful and friendlly. The lobby decor was neat. Location. The restaurant is small, has a limited menu and operates with a strange mixture of buffet and table service. We had trouble with the front desk answering the phone when we were calling from the airport for a pickup. And then the airport pickup was a little chaotic. Meager breakfast offering. The Bistro was so-so but would have been nice to have a nice little restaurant with more variety. no free breakfast :( not enough staff to manage the breakfast eating area dirty. Nothing. No breakfast included without extra cost. Rooms a bit small. My room was great but would have like just a bit more room. No breakfast buffet for $187.00 wow ! meals not too bad but alcohol was way over priced. Food service slow and minimal. Booked my reservation on line as was told by calling in and found out the rate I was expecting was not available becasue I booked on line. Disappointing when told could not change the rate. wait much too long for the shuttle although the hotel is just 2 mins from the airport. hot tub not working. They did not have my reservations from letsbookhotel.com I couldn't not get Marriot points for this visit because I used letsbookhotel.com. Price. Main lobby not really clean Hotel looks older than it is due to poor housekeeping. Bathtub did not drain and water was not hot. The hot tub was not hot in fact it was cooler than normal bath water for my. It also had chipped paint and the seating surface was rough. Beside the hot tub the hotel was decent. I was misled and thought breakfast was complementary but it wasn't, there were prices listed on the menu board. The bath tub had a draining problem and would fill up with water during our showers. I have stayed in about 6 different hotels in Anchorage. I would choose a different hotel next time. Cost - way too high. To close to airport, too much noise during day and until 12mid.
