The location of the facility was great, it is walking distance from Disneyland. There is alot of resturants close by as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cleaned. The housekeeping kept the room cleaned and brought fresh towels everyday and made the beds every day. The location of the facility is in a great location within walking distance from downtown disney, disneyland, california adventures, resturants, etc.

There was nothing I didn't like, the breakfast was over the top with yummy waffles, bacon and scrambled eggs always cooked 2 ways and then there was abundant orange juice, coffee and home cooked oatmeal!!

The Happy Hour and morning buffet were great. the suite rooms are nice and it slept 5. The room wasn't ready at 3pm not tile after 4pm actually, but the gal comped parking than bought us (5) drinks at the resturant. Parking was easy. -

Great location. Good hotel with lots of kids visiting Disneyland
Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The lady at the check-in was
not the best informed but was very friendly and courteous. We had a
great two days at Disney. We could even see the fireworks from the
hotel. The hotel was clean and worth the money. Parking was included and
there is a shuttle for $5 adults - and $3 Children - worth it as it is
less than parking at Disney. So - great experience no complaints.

Overall, I thought the location was good. It was less than a ten minute
walk with a stroller. We were next to a 7/11 in case we forgot
something. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I liked
having a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi
being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the
basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.

The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. -

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. My husband wasn't feeling well when we checked in, so they prepared our room quickly so that he could rest, this was our first impression of their great service. The parking is close to the check in area, very convenient. Our 7 year old son loved the pool area as well as the menu at the onsite restaurant.

Excellent hotel! Location is 5 minutes walk to Anaheim Convention Center, 20 min walk to Downtown Disney, and 10 min to Anaheim Garden Walk. Excellent value. The hotel is extremely clean, the room is spacious, and the staff members are very courteous. We could see fireworks from Disneyland from our room. What else can we ask for! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Anaheim.

I have no complaints at all. Everything was great. My room was very clean, love having the mini fridge, coffee/tea maker and microwave in the room. The location was perfect for me because it was very close to the covention center where I took part in a business event. This place is also great for families who want to be close to Disneyland. It's also a great place to go if you want conserve money. Convenient store next door as well as 2 restaurants. Enjoyed my time there.

Distance was awesome. 5min walk to front gate of Disneyland depending on how long you have to wait at the 2 crosswalks. Staff was very friendly and could tell me where everything was that I was looking for. Rooms were very comfortable and we were supplied ample pillows without even asking. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping came by during the day, even without requesting it, to make the beds and bring fresh towels. Looks like the rooms had been recently renovated and everything was very new

The hotel had all the ammenities that my family needed. I was able to
keep the kids happy and busy the entire vacation. There was something
for everyone to do. From the basketball courts, game room, hot tub,
pool, and tv's in lobby there was something for everybody to enjoy.
The breakfst was awesome they have a huge selection of food and
beverages and the free dinner was a bonus I didn't expect which
saved me some extra money on my trip.
