Although letsbookhotel.com listed the check-in time as 13:00 hrs, it wasn't until 15:00 hrs. We arrived around 2 pm and when we told them we had a small dog with us and didn't want to leave him in the car for an hour, the staff went out of their way to have our room ready within abt 10 min.
