I arrived a little early then the check in time and was greeted with a friendly staff very accomidating..the room was just as shown and lovely. Very roomy and everything was in mint condition..I can't say anything negative about my stay.. Room was recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Good wifi, free shuttle to airport (5mins away). Very helpful staff. Walk to diner and restaurants. Stayed an extra night.

Super friendly and helpful even at midnight. The atmosphere was excellent because of the courteous and pleasant staff. Dan was particularly helpful!. liked every thing, close to restaurants, pleasant staff, clean rooms. Price and location for one night near the airport were excellent. Clean, quiet, all new. Desk setup is really a nice surprise. good location, perfect for a stopover on a longer trip. shuttle service, friendly staff, convenient location. Very clean and well kept. WiFi works great. Price/close to airport. Very convenient to Albany Airport. Inexpensive. Room was comfortable and had all the basics (desk, outlets, cable, Wi-Fi) you need for a quick visit. The bed was comfy and the tv worked. It was very close to the airport and was reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected at this price point. Clean with a real desk and work chair. easy check in tv was good water was hot most everything else was ok except for the floor. I like the modern rooms the flat screen tv. The only thing I would like to have had would have been a work out area.. perhaps in the future??. A bit noisy from traffic and some aircraft, to be expected being next to the airport!. There was a problem with the bath tub draining. If you do not have a car, try to get the bus schedules ahead of time. At least, there are buses all day; a +++. The hotel is not attractive and does not have much for amenities. Noisy, right in the glide path. Rear facing rooms get traffic noise from the Northway. Got 3 different messages from staff/email on how to connect with the shuttle. This did not make for confidence that shuttle would indeed be available when needed. Also did not like that a package of tissues was substituted for the usual box of tissues in room. Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The hotel is supposedly going smoke free, but need to clean carpet, curtains and "soft furnishings" deeply. Area around hotel has lots of restaurants but only one bar 1/4 mile away is open after 10 P.M. If your flight is delayed, be prepared!. There was no coffee in the room so I had to ask someone to bring some up. The bathtub did not drain when I was taking a shower...plugged pipes? the "surround-type tub/shower" was very cheap and pulling away from the wall. There was mold in the bathroom. The bathroom light did not turn on without a very noisy fan. The pillows were stiff and too big. Should I continue?. Little noisy near the airport, but then it's near the airport. wood floor was very dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a face towel and it was black. I checked other parts of the floor and it was dirty black all over the room. I didnt like that there wasnt an iron or ironing board in the rm n i didnt like that a construction crew where on site barking orders to each other n cursing outside my room at 7:30 am!. Bathroom fixtures in bad shape. Bugs in the room. Airconditioner did not cool adequately.
