We really liked the staff there was one guy that was wonderful his name
was Jesus he was so friendly and nice. We had a problem with a pizza
delivery company and he right a way call us to tell us know about them.

The hotel staff & management are quite friendly and helpful. I would like Crystal Apolinar for sending the invoice/receipt immediately and Josh Esquivel for sending the jacket that I left at the hotel. -

The woman at front desk was very congenial and made me feel very comfortable after a long road trip. She greeted me warmly. -

The beds were fantastic. You could sleep all day. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk where all the restaurants are. The showers were brilliant too, so much pressure. The staff were very attentive.
