Location was very convenient and close to a wide variety of businesses and services. The quality of the picture on the TV was blah, but I also loved the functionality of being able to use the Lodgenet app to control and view the TV programming via my Android cell phone.

The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted. He (the Chef-Aron- I believe) helpfully sent it to me. When I went downstairs for the breakfast he greeted me and told me that no one goes away hungery and his buffet was great. He is a class act. -

Front desk staff is extremely helpful and courteous (+ free cookies during check in!)

We were only there for an overnight stay. We checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 10:30am. But the room was very clean and everything was in its place. The front desk staff was very courteous and very informative about the hotel's amenities and services. I would stay there again.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

There was also a grocery store, pharmacy and convenience store a few

Overall the the hotel excellent and is in a good location to visit Washington as it is close to a subway and within walking distance/bus ride of the wonderful and vibrant Georgetown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for a family with small children. The cost of room includes a beautiful breakfast. We were only 3 blocks from the Metro which took us right into Washington DC. Top stay for us in DC. Have been a number of times due to college student visits. This is the best hotel yet- in town for college graduation and all the hotel prices were very high. HGI was the best rate BUT also had great service and quiet room. Ideal location within a block of the red line metro- very easy to get around. Highly recommend! -
