  Large rooms, good service, friendly breakfast room, unusually good pool and pool area (and abundant towels when we were there), overall attractiveness, and location. - The layout of the room is excellent. Well thought out. Made the stay very comfortable.

  This hotel was wonderful!! We brought our girls in an overnight "American Girl" getaway. They have a package upgrade here that was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket, and letter for the doll! We then went shopping at ag. They brought the girls milk and cookies upon return and we were concierge level so we enjoyed t - The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

  The Lofts is connected to and owned by the Crowne Plaza and they share amenities such as fitness center and shuttle bus service. The shuttle was my favorite feature as it takes you (free of charge) to points within a 4 mile radius. This gets you pretty far since the Lofts is located in the Arena District and North Market (a must-see) and the Short... mitä ihmiset sanovat » North are just blocks away. The rooms are large and nicely designed with a quasi industrial feel - think big wooden exposed beams. One thing I wasn' - We loved everything about the Lofts! We had a family celebration and loved the location, the room, the parking and pretty much everything except the WEATHER! We all said we would stay here again. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to some great restaurants. We saw the George Bellows exhibit which was spectacular.

  The room was very clean and comfortable, with a fridge and coffee maker with good coffee. The staff were very friendly, including the bartender in the lobby bar. They were also quick to address a small issue with the air conditioning system. The location was great, as it was right near the highway to get to downtown Columbus within 20 minutes, as ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » well as to circumnavigate the city to get to other points east and west. We loved the Short North area on High Street! The location was also very conv - The room (711) was beautiful, super clean, modern and bright. Check in staff terrific, waitress at breakfast buffet was excellent, and the buffet delicious, lots of choices even though we got there right before it closed. Will definitely come back. I just wish it was more affordable, so all the families on my baseball team could enjoy. It was perfect.
